Memory loss can be due to inactivity, meaning, and lack of brain exercise and stimulation of mind. You need to exercise your brain to have a healthy stable life. Reading a book, daily walk etc helps you exercise the brain. Likewise, change in daily routine; eating using a chopstick, communicating with your eyes etc helps you train your brain. Mind games, puzzles, dominoes, multi-tasking etc are all ways of training or exercising your brain.

Some of the memory improvement games may include: checkers, cribbage, dominoes, chess etc. These games help exercise the brain and also in its function. Memory games may also include; multi-tasking- engaged in some activity whilst watching TV or work on your hobbies etc. A good memory is very important to lead a good, peaceful life. Memory improvement or games are not only for people with amnesia or brain problems. Each one of us needs to keep our brains exercised and steady to live a good life.
